Gov. Kay Ivey Issues “Safer-At-Home” Order

Governor Kay Ivey on Tuesday issued a Safer at Home order to be applied Statewide. The order will be effective Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. and will expire on Friday, May 15, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.

This means some restrictions on business have been lifted, but others such as restrictions on in-restaurant dining and hair salons continue to take effect. It is believed while in the best interest of our citizens we should allow some business to start back while still restricting business that requires close contact, and it is believed best to stay away from public areas when possible.
